Hey guys I love this site and I just downloaded new mosquito mod with the cookie bomb
I never tried the mosquito as a high level bomber and I would like to...HOWEVER,
I can bomb pretty accurately with the norden sight on US bombers, but the mosquito doesnt seem to have an auto release am i doing something wrong or just being noobish

I don't even know how to work that,
I'm pretty old-fashioned I guess - I've always used the tried and true manual method.
Maybe you'd want to get Bombsight Table 2 to aim well (figures out correct angle for bombsight to be aimed at)
It's around here somewhere... use the "search function".

Really helpful, and in fact, necessary to bomb good.
I thought only the dive-bombers such as the stuka and SBD would use an auto-release?
and it should be Bomb Sight ........ a bomb site is the place where a bomb has landed :wink:

nobody has used the automatic mode "bombsight automation" when you enter in the information to the norden bomb sight TAS, Altitude etc. then let the bombsight do its work

I knew about BST 2 just never have liked it hogging up my screen...guess I better either put it on the laptop next to me or know what altitude/speed im gonna be dropping from

I didn't like the thought of it for a long time, but it is such a handy little tool - it should be included with the mod packs, so that everyone can use it!
You can hide the table after you open the program, and move it to whatever part of the screen you like by pressing Shift+Pause/Break.
That way it doesn't hog up anything when you don't need it.
If it is a real nuisance (uhmm... *Spellcheck?*) then you can pause the game and figure out the angle without missing anything.
