I had no problem, but the site was in Russian.
I just clicked the blue link on the russian site, which was in English, and the download started.

Sorry. No WING mod. windconfig_b4.
EngineReadiness mod = it defines the condition of plane engines in missionfile in percents. Look it in mis-files.
