The escape key doesn't bring up a menu during multiplayer games, but according to some other people I flew with yesterday you can still change your video and audio settings. How do I do it and what else (such as quitting the mission without pressing ctrl alt delete) can I do?
you have to be in an aircraft to open that page.

Shift + tab and escape do not bring up the console or menu for some reason
Edit: these key strokes don't work in single player either. Is there a fix for this?

I don't think i have that character. The key under my escape key is this `~
And I probably should have mentioned it, but I tried both shift keys in combination with tab and neither worked.
