Same problem for me ,except that I have an old 7800GS 256 Mb .I have the same artifacts as you when in perfect mode. So, I switched to excellent.I already changed drivers , but no difference.
No problem in Excellent mode.
I think I ll have to find another driver, or maybe ma card is growing too old Tongue
Madcop.

I had a GX2..loved it until it overheated and fried. You need to go back to older drivers.. I forget which were the best but do a net search.. There was also an issue with the frame rendering.. I'd get micro pauses if I didn't force a particular type of rendering..once I did that it work great.

You definitely need older drivers that are known to be SLI stable for that card or go back to using the 8600GT. As JG14_Jagr pointed out, those dual GPU cards get hot, so keeping it cool is very important. Personally, I don't like dual GPU or SLI systems, I think one really fast GPU uses less power, generates less heat, and is easier to run than any multiple GPU setup.

yes but, if u know use the these card with the correct drivers and a big or powerfull cooler, the pc runs perfect,

i found the latest drivers 185.85 and the problem, oks the problem it's that the il2 dont accepts dual cpu, oks the solution put in nvidia control panel, the coolers at max setings, oks max temp=50
