Ki-44, that's the one that was started about 2 years ago - right? Be a nice addition to the game.

Someone should jump in on the KI44 and help out,I think that when guys see that another member has stated that they're going to do this plane or that plane,
They dont do that plane out of politeness. However,in the case of the KI44,the member has stated on this site that he is inexperienced, stalled on the project,
and beginning to lose interest in it.I and others have put up several posts here and elsewhere trying to recruit help for him and encourage him as well as refer him to
SAS since he was'nt aware that they existed, but have heard nothing more of it.

Summing it up,the KI44 has been in limbo for more than a year now,and perhaps someone who was hesitant to start one because of the prior announcement
should go and help out.

There are lots of Transports,Gliders,Trainers,Pre-War,and Post-War coming out,but it would be nice to get a Fighter that was comtemporary to the 1939-1945 years done.

Undoubtedly, KI-44 and SB2C has more historical importance than many exotic aircraft we have in IL-2.
JAPAN CAT would be best placed to build the KI-44 with high level of detail and perfection, they made many corrections in the Japanese planes.
Hope he can spend his time and have interest in this work.
