LOL, I've just landed B-29 allmost exactly like this few minutes before I sew this. Allmost:

- I had elevator working, only rudder wasn't working;
- It was Kuban map and field runway;
- AI allmost killed me - F-80C tried to land at the same time, and allmost crashed on me at the final aproach;
- Wind (atmosphere mod enebled) + AI F-80 = moved a bit more left;
- I tuched down before crashing;
- I crashed at the other side of control tower, losing right side of plane;
- I allmost fell over after crash, so I had to escape the plane by bomb bay doors :



Conclusion - u can land B-29 without elevator, but u can't without rudder.

I also landed F-86 today having only front gear - I lowered gear at 400 KIAS by mistake LOL.

You know, I have an idea, can everyone post his lucky landings in this thread?

Aww hell, that ain't much. I have a screenshot of me after loosing ALL controls, 2 engines, 1 tail entirely blown off. all but 2 in the plane were dead, and I was flaming. This was after 13 Fw-190s and Bf-109s jumped my B-24.

Did you know that you can land a TB-3 without tail? I crashed down going 7kmh and just lost my gear lol.
