Good day all;
Myself and my small online coop group are still using 4.09 (anxiously awaiting the 4.10 upgrade). We obviously don't have any of the numerous mods out there as yet as we're still in the middle of a long U.S. campaign.

We've recently switched the AI chatter back on (in a limited capacity using DCG) to get more immersion. What I'd like to do however is modify the Ground Control chatter (specifically the landing chatter).

Is there;
a. an existing chatter pack which has modified the Ground Controller's chatter, OR
b. a program/software which can make my voice sound like it's on a radio so I can create my own sound files to replace the (apparently) bored Ground Controller chatter when he says "Abort, abort", LOL.

Additionally, it appears that there are lots more .wav files in the folder than I've heard during the game. It seems the same chatter is rotated during the game but some don't seem to make it into the "rotation" if you get my meaning. Is there a way to shake it up?

....this mod is for a modded version of the game (i.e. I don't have a MODS folder etc). It does sound like it will do the trick though. Once 4.10 arrives then, I assume, it will have the MODS folder etc and I can use this.
