After you Down load and unzip look for " little effects"
It goes in your JSGME.

It's 3rd Eye effects mod

I download them, but I don't know how it work. I download JSGME and I extract the 3rd Eye effects mod folder in the MODS folder and I activate the mod and... NOTHING.
I play in directx, because OpenGl doesn't work on my laptop.

I understand what you said, but It's not the same smoke I have. In your link it's the FX smoke effect, but me it's the 3rd eye effect, but I don't know if I need 4.10m to run this mods, because it doesn't work. I don't know how to install the mods with MOD generator activator..., but I know what to do, but I don,t know what file to put in the MODS folder.

By what I see you have NOT modded your game .
With that said NO MOD will work.

There are many effects mods for 4.10.1 just as good as that if not better.
There are a few mods for 4.08 around but not many.
Most players have upgraded their games.

The SAS smoke look too much cartoon for me. I want this 3rd eye smokemod. If someone downloaded this mod sometimes, can they make a 4.10.1 version just by changing code? PLZ?
