Howdy chaps

Shortly before i installed the first Sound mod, all the voices in the game stopped. Does any one know the reason why?

what sould be in the Confi file? so i could sort it out? do you know? if so please help! cause i dont have a clue! :?

PLR_Cipher_UK, look for this line: NoChatter=0 and and see if it says 1 instead of 0.

0 should turn pilot and ground control voices on.

Wtf? wierd? Ive even in been in the Setup exe and check the box for chatter etc

You say it happened pre-sound mod.

Have you tried looking in #:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\samples\Speech

Open the folders and try to audition the sound files in media player.

Well, I'm busy ATM, but dont mind zipping up the speech pack for you, and sending it to you l8r this arvo. I must warn you though, its a little altered with some better british voices which are good for a laugh.
