This mod replaces most default/hardcoded pilot skins with historic ones.

Install notes:

extract to root of your IL-2 game folder
by default: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\

UPDATED to v1.2:
Changes:
British pilot skins (instead of the hardcoded russian) for Spitfires, Tomahawks, Mossies, Tempest and MustangMkIII.

For the SpitfireMkI and the new Mossie go to their GB folder and open the pilot1.mat and change 'pilot1.tga' to 'pilotGB.tga'. The MossquitoXVI got a pilot2.mat, change that to 'pilotGB2.tga'.
(example: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\SpitfireMk1\3do\plane\SpitfireMk1(GB)\pilot1.mat )

What we need now is a seperate set of skins for paratroopers that are a bit more representative of the troops concerned.. if possible of course!
