Yes, this is in IL2 all versions (original -> 1946), test 1946 only (do not instal the mod), and see...

No.. I have it with Trackir using 2dof as standard package..

Yeah, it's a clipping issue. If I'm not mistaken, the aircraft you see when you look out the window is a seperate model from the cockpit. The "near" clipping distance for the outside is just too big.

This issue has been comprehensively solved for the 190. All you have to do is download and install the 190 bar removal mod by Fucida. http://vwings.net/dnl_fucida/fw190bar_out.zip It patches the wings (for all models of 190) so that no clipping occurs (ie there are no gaps in the wings) - even in wide angle fields of view.
However, it would be nice to have the 109s corrected as well at some point. Fucida and his squadmates seem best placed to do it, but I don't know if they're interested.
