Has anyone tried to make an F80 out of the YP80? Adding the capability to carry Rockets and or Bombs? I use it a lot off CV's as a "poor man's F9F5" and adding ground pounding would make it a lot of fun...

Well, they don't mess around with weapons for aircraft, but a little cosmetic mod, like tip tanks would be nice. And a functioning tail hook would be most EXCELLENT!!

I think someone was tinkering with the P-80, adding wing tanks but can't remember who or how far they went with it. Did have a nice screen shot though.

This may be obvious but landing a YP-80 on a STATIC Carrier isn't hard...even if you don't get a tail hook you'll still make it lol

it is possible to land any plane on a carrier ive landed a B-24 B-25(just) Me262 P-51 so there you go no hooks but its possible to land anything if you put your mind to it

What we need is a mod that will make the plane to use in single player using FM's of existing craft, and make it unavailable to online play.
