If you take a look at the Lerche it has some thing like that, so could some one nick that and stick it on the 109s to make the Trop 109s?

Funny thing is the skin template allows for the filter. The skinner thought ahead but the model didn't come through. :roll:

The modeler is the one that makes the skin file. So in reality the modeler who made the 109's in this game must have made a version of the model with the filter on, but Oleg probably thought it wasnt necessary to include it in game.

I'm wondering whether the carb intakes from the Tu2S could be adapted for the 109E's tropical supercharger filter - they have the same boxy look:
