So far I have been using the wrapper and installer but there are some things that do not use the installer and need to be installed manually.

Example: I downloaded a smoke mod and it said to add some lines to the filelist.txt. I am not sure where to add the lines and my filelist does not have some of the lines that need modded. Also a folder called effects was included, where do I put that?
