The campaign "Dark Clouds over Croatia part 1" (available from Mission4today.com) contains a speechpack which I assume is Croatian- not sure of that though. I haven't used it because doing so means dumping the Dutch speechpack which I was obviously not prepared to do! Perhaps others more familiar with Serbian and Croatian can enlighten us.........

Yes, there is that voice pack, and it's serbian not croatian, but I don't like it very much.. I think it should be done better.

It's not like there's that much difference between Croatian and Serbian (and Bosnian and Montenegrinese or whatever they like these days to call the language they speak). We all understand each other perfectly - we just like to pretend otherwise :wink:

Although i agree that speech pack (which IMO can be used for CRO and YUG without any problem) is not the best in the world and could be improved.

well, at the time i publish that campaign mods was just a far dream and Serbian voice pack was closest one to croatian that i could find ( beats russian one anyway..)... just like i've used Itally map to represent Croatia.

I'm still grateful to original author of that speech pack cos it helped that my project become even more authentic /historically correct

I've replaced dutch one cos it is red one and at the time there was no other way to implement new nation ( i did publish two versions ) ... I do not have anything against Netherlands !!!

I think people have mentioned most of them... What about the burmese? or did they simply have RAF squadrons?

But to be honest i'd rather see improved versions of the markings already available -- especially the RAF roundels, some of them are horrible!

you can use MAT-Manager for the Markings of the stock nations.
gives you any option of changing RAF roundels to the way you like, as well as any other, also with different weathering options.
You can also make IL2 use your own graphics. I can't do it anymore without this tool.

Doesn't work for non-stock nations though, I have no clue at this point on how to add markings for new nations.

EDIT: actually I also do not know where I must put any new markings for the nation pack, say cratia, within the current mod folder structure. I have a folder with markings but they don't show in the game.
