About Flying models
#1

Hi to all,

it's some time now that I am trying to request some help about flying models.I am willing to work into that sector as part of the AAA community but I don't know that much that I can proceed alone.I need some tutorial from someone that is experienced about the subject.
My thought is to work on planes that are variants of existing versions, because I don't want to put pressure on people that have to do the skins: So planes like P-38E/F/G/H,P-40F/K/L,P-47C/N,P-51A,Fw 190G-8,Ju88A-14/15,Ju-88C-6,Bf 110D/E/F, Me 410,Ki-43-III , G4M2/3 can be possible candidates since they won't require too much work to make accurate skins and can be interesting, both as a "flying" experience as well as giving many new possibilities for campaign scenarios.
Please contact me, I 'll be very happy to receive pm about this.

The P-47N would require a new model due to the fuselage fillet and the squared tip wings. It would be nice tho to have it. It would also need an FM change due to teh fact that the fillet gave it more stability in the yaw.

You moved it in this section, but here soon is gonna be lost in the obscurity of the 2nd page...I hope that I could contribute more actively, however I feel that it becomes day-by-day a more distant propability.

I would actually rather see arrestor hooks added to planes that really need them. Then we could have:

YP-80 with hook for Panther
Gladiator I & II with hooks
Hurricane I, IIb & IIc for Sea Hurricanes

Maybe even Stuka and 109 with hooks and Graff Zepplin ...

Above all the planes you listed, I would much rather have new ones like:

Helldiver
Devistator
Judy
Nick

...exc ...

I would love to see all your choices listed, but My preferance would be to have planes we do not have before we added new variants of existing models ... just my opinion ... take it for what it is. Smile
