Please, send you curriculum vitae to Oleg. I am talking serious. Your cockpit version is better than the most of the il2 game. They are 3D artist, but not specialiced on textures.

Fucida's & LesniHU's. LesniHU was as important as me.

Yes, it will be compatible Smile. If I'll find some problem, I'll fix it Smile

Your post was fine in most points fucida, but you got the english translations somewhat wrong. Not that it matters, as long the German parts of it are correct. But for the sake of correctness and better understanding of our non-english speaking members, here is my translation:

Quote:there should be some text there, also, I can't find any info on what it says on the red warning sign on the armor seat.

Achtung!
Haubenabwurf

Caution!
Canopy is jettisoned by an explosive charge!

Quote:also UNDER the altimeter there's a metal plate with "Pruten, Prufen or something, I'm guessing the other text is "Knopf ziehen" ?? does anyone know what it says? Smile

Hello all, this is my first post in this forum and it is like christmas. So many detailed and perfect innovation parts!

Here is some brainfood for the gauges. The background of this picture is colored in RLM66. The color in which nearly all panels where painted.

Next photo you can see part of the cockpit in a FW-190A8 (museum Laatzen, Germany)

I put my color card into the Foto. There is a little color difference, caused by shadow and light. And every camera makes colors y little bit different.

The surces of the color card go back to Michael Ullmann, who wrote a bock about colores and paints in the german "Luftwaffe". Ullamn works in the chemical industry and is the owner of original color cards. The title of this book is typical german language. A little bit complicated to translate:

Hey Waggel! thanks for the reply, that's sme great ref there!

The RLM66 is very hard to read sometimes, looking at it on a "sample" makes it look green-ish (at least on my monitor) but it totally SUCKS up the blue light from the sky, bringing it to the blues instead of greens, what I can see, my cockpit textures look a tiny bit too magneta or purple, this will be somethign I have to do some colour correction on when theyre all finished (it's easier that way, now that I'm half way already). I'm going to keep it to the blues though, since the majority of flying in il2 will involve a blue sky, (unless we're all flying inverted over a green valley hahaha)

I'll BBL with an update of a color corrected pit

thanks and take care!
