I uinstal the game and now instal........then i open game and game work but when i instaled Mod activator game not work!!!!! What's happend??? Yesterday all work

You don't give a lot to go on. (would have been better to start a fresh topic too)

1) install '46

2) patch to 4.08m (4.09B optional)

3) Run Il2FBsetup.exe and set Sound sample rate to 44100



If you still got a problem try and give more info.
