Nooo... this is really cool sound. You can listen the cylinders. Lovely sound

Keep in mind that the F4U-1 series Corsairs had a different exhaust pipe exit arrangement than the later versions. This does effect the sound that is produced. The later versions tend make more of a "wap, wap, wap" sound at idle.
