I have installed skin mod, 
really great!, and have changed a number of default skins, but cannot get the C-47 skin to show. I have placed the TGA files in multi & usa summer folders and tried different maps, but no joy. :?
Any ideas? Sorry if I am overlooking something obvious... I was the dumbest kid on the shortest bus!

Ok!, I added a 'desert' folder and it's working. Now I can't change my default A6M3 skin! :roll:
I don't understand why A6M2 works and A6M3 doesn't, but then I'm still trying to understand MAT mgr. too :lol: I turned off JA numbers and it works in QMB but not with FMB stationary AC? :? Still, static AC now look 100% better than default. 8)
Update 2! I put TGA files for A6M3 in multi folder also and it's working now. Weird thing is, MAT numbers have disappeared from A6M2 in FMB but remain on A6M3.
Hopefully, I'll sort this out with a little time. I just don't have much play time ATM
