Not many people know about attu/alaska either...

Whenever American pundits, talking heads, or even american politicians boast about how, "NO foreign enemy army has occupied or step foot on US soil" I laugh so loud at their ignorance, because it is sheer malarkey...:roll:
Even back then americans didnt know much about it, newpapers were screened from having it on frontpage headlines, and it was always downplayed when mentioned... It was truly a bloody affair and many people lost their lives...
