Requesting Help with htis mod ... How and where do I install this mod? Also I read the thread and really did not follow all the testing remarks and comments.

You simply post both mods in the mods folder... like every other mod...

When you have both installed does the second overwrite flushy's cloud mod?

The two mods are complementary - if you have both installed, you get the effects of both:
Rus_Andrey clouds = new cloud formations
Flushy's clouds = new cloud textures

I would be nice if someone could do a readme for Russ-Andrew's Cloudmod- I don't really get which settings do what.

Murph - I agree since I was thinking the same thing after reading the thread on Rus_Andrey clouds and the different settings people used, etc. I installed in the MODS folder and will see if I notice the cloud formation changes.
