Sounds, errr, hard, to say the least. That instant chat thing works by binding a sentence to a particular digit 0-9. As soon as you press a digit the sentence appears. Say you bind a sentence to "10", this would not work because as soon as you press 1, the sentence bound to 1 would appear before you could press 0. Not sure if its possible to add a delay before the game recognises it, but probably not...
