Not sure if you can really tell in the pictures so I'll re-post new pics tonight when the DL is ready. What a major difference, also I'm going to have the Spinner in colors as well. It will give the pilot a chance to have RED,BLUE,YELLOW,BLACK,WHITE and GREEN to choose from. IN WWII alot of pilots painted their spinner to match their paint scheme of their aircraft...So look for it tonight.

Most P-47 props where the defualt color on the spinner. With a couple of cases of painted spinners.

Actually I like the "Before"-Texture much better Confusedhock:

The other one looks way too clean and lacks the detail...my opinion Wink

Can't you just paint the prop in ANY of the P-47d skins...... ?

No its separate from the skins.

Senshi,

It not lacking detail, its called weathering and the old one has to much weathering, it looks like it might fall off at any second. Having a choice here to use the old or new prop is the idea behind it. If you were to make a campaign from the beginning, you could use the newer texture with the planes and then as the campaign progressed you could have the player change out the props along with the skin to add that older weathered look. This would add to the immersion effect of actual being in this war setting...

Not to mentiont they didn't keep old shot up props on the plane. They would either fix them up if possible or put on a new one.
