For Shooter: "Dead Man Flying"

One other little thing. See how many triangles you can find it the image. I don't mean just perfect geometric triangle but trianglular shapes and outlines too :!:

Essentially the entire image is made of tirangles; big ones, small ones. Hence, three aircraft :!: Big Grin

Here are some of the triangles. There are more and they're obvious too :!: Big Grin

A lot of people LOOK at an image but not many actually SEE an image; recurring themes, the architecture and geometry.

Hey, Fat Boy. This is perhaps your best screenie I've seen so far! Big Grin
I just love it!

Just a small piece of advice: IMHO, I personally would add a little-little light/white trails at the wingtips of all crafts (and blure them), just to show they're flying. Because they're flying from high altitude and at the high speed. Besides, the air is frosty, and all aircrafts perhaps have their wings covered with hoarfrost...
And, besides, I think it would do no harm to "motion blur" the background just a little... The thing is that human eye can't focus both on the planes AND at the scenery at the same time. So either of these should be un-focused... I think it may add more immersioin to your nice wallpaper...
All I said above is my personal IMHO, and you may not agree... But I truly did my best to help you anyway I can to improve your current and future work over screenies, mate. And I'm anxious to see more of it...

Sincere regards,
Mangas.

P.S.: I hope you got my e-mail, mate...

This is a very nice one, Fat Boy! It makes me wanna step in the bindings of my snowboard, and ride that powda' ! Smile
Maybe I would add a bit of blur to the background, everything's so sharp it's grabbing the attention from the aircrafts...but maybe I'm wrong

Thanks, M8's :!: Big Grin

Actually, I thought about and even tried all of the above suggestions but just didn't like the way they looked. The vapor trails seemed to make things too busy and cluttered and broke up the solid blue space. I wanted the blue space intact to balance all of the while, both on the mountains and in the foreground.

Tried the blur but it looked too phony to my eye and the image lost all of it's impact.

Been on a "sharp" kick lately, lol! You'll notice that "Paris" has a very sharp background too. It will pass eventually :!:

Well, you know, I haven't been busting my butt on any of the images I've been posting. Lazy, lol! With better and better images being posted, I'm more motivated.

Sure is getting hard to find background photos that I like! Picky, picky, picky :!:

Sorry, Mangas, haven't checked my email lately. I'll check it as soon as I'm done here.
