i used to fight/fly over Darwin and Queensland a lot on CFS2 (with MaskRiders superb Oz airfields and 49thFG P-40's).
now i can enjoy it all over again in IL2. a most welcome addition to my install, keep it going mate

I've been checking back here every so often hoping for a release. Grew up in the NT (Alice Springs) and spent about 3 years in Darwin in my early 20s. I have always wanted this map to play around with since the days of the original IL2. Thankyou so much!

Thanks, this IS nice addition to our ( AND MY ) map collection. Very nice looking, good atmosphere. As CANON said in one thread - with new comp which is capable for perfect settings I'm now just buzzing around and enjoying eyecandy. Thanks once again.Everything worked o.k. from start without flaws.
