Hey guys,

Anyone know of a no-CD patch for the unmodded 4.09b1m? I do all of my campaign building in the unmodded version so that every player has access to it, but I don't want to have to risk damaging the DVD every time I want to work on the campaigns. I know the modded version has a no-cd patch, would dropping the .exe from the mod into the standard game work?

I have an unmodded installation as a backup and 2 modded versions. None need the CD/DVD and I see all three Il2fb.exe's are 156 kb. So give it a try. Ide be glad to send you mine if you need. Just rename the old one so you don't ruin it.

I think the modded version use the same nocd exe that was published years ago.
