Was mostly a failure, 2 people showed up. But we did show a guy how to take off and land and he didn't die or wreck his aircraft so I suppose we came out on top. Anyways I agree if Iron continues to complain he can just get airbourne quicker and we can meet him in the air because he's only complaining of the runways lagging up his computer. It's not like he needs the extra training anyways he's my most successful student........

We will shift to another map, I've also got issues with the Norway map.

Landing north to south at Peterhead is fine, as long as you don't look towards Banff at any time.

Saturday I'll be ready and going strong. We can even do some of the missions I've created as a test.

I could send them to you, and you could have a look at them, shouldn't be any big issues though.

Ok to be clear we will hold it, or at least be on every saturday night at 8PM standard eastern time(U.S.) i think thats 0100 GMT (ZULU time). Like i said we didn't have a great turn out last time but never the less we will be there if people happen to show up.

We will give out the ip to connect to on the teamspeak server and from there we will practice and then bomb on the AAA server. Be as old and cranky as you want, just don't be drunk because drunk people are especially obnoxious to fly with.

am on the TS number given out - nobody there 7:55PM US Saturday time

went on AAA TS; few folks there; and didn't know about B-17 flights

went to HL, no joy there either.

later edit: joined on the AAA server; had a brief wonderful flight in my B-17 and even got shot at ....and down.....and I think I got hits on a few attackers ....will have to look in eventlog.

no problem.

got the AAA TS number also and talked with a couple of guys in the lobby (sorry I forget your names)

bottom line is I have everything I think for now and will be better prepared for next time.

At least now I know how to join on HL; got TS set up; watched some beautiful B-29s taking off and landing........got shot down in my B-17 (what's new); got some hits in; ........

I'll be bringing about 3-4 guys with me the next time that are interested also.

This time was just a learning experience for "getting there".

Remember, a lot of us folks are new to this hock:

Yea I showed up yesterday lookin to get down on some bomber action in and I was disappointed to see that no one was around i checked out the TS and HL but its all good I understand that we all do have other things goin on in our lives. Also, I don't know if Im going to be able to make it to next weeks session because I am moving I wont have a computer for a little while hopefuly it'll only be for for like a week or two. So if my comp is still up on Saturday ill be in the sky with you guys if not then i will when i get back online.
