Hello i bet some of you guys are wondering why your game will not start (or reach 60% or 70%) up after you downoad the Unified installer. The problem is either A you did not read the instructions for deleting the "MODS" folder, but here's the real problem........ B you have the ship pack. i am not sure why it does this but it seems to be MODS/STD/Com/Maddox/IL2/ "Chief INI.". I find it annoying that I can't use the ship pack and is wondering if any body could fix it. If you are having problems after you just downloaded the UNI. installer, check if you have the ship pack and see if there is a Chief INI. configuration file anywere. If you have any reguards to fixing the problem please reply and have a good awnser. Thanks..

i have shippack2, objects mod and armour mod running on AAA V1.0 - no trouble at all. installed as described in each readme.

Must be something you did wrong I assume.

I too had problems installing Ship Pack 2 with the new UI, so I installed it in my copy of IL2. It installed and worked with no problem, and now I can play Philk's new naval campaigns. We made a copy, I presume, of 1946 before we installed the UI, so there's an alternative.
