When I try to load my map using some of the textures listed in vpmedia's excellent catalogue, the loading hangs because it seems I don't have the relevant textures installed. Replacing them with stock textures loads it just fine.

So where are these textures. Do I have them locked away somewhere or do I have to d/l and install them?

no, they're all there. Just the folder they're in isn't always the same.

The best thing to do is look at some of the existing load.ini files and see the folder structure for those textures. For example, some of them are in a PACIFIC folder, and not just land/summer
