Oh yeah, the .wav sounds go in your Samples folder.

Just to be sure, is that "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\samples\Samples" or is there another "Samples" folder?

No. It's :\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\Basic, AAA, or whatever you called the folder that contains presets & Samples\Samples

It's the folder with all the soundMOD .wavs in it

I have modified the ac splashdown sounds to include the sound of water raining back down after the initial splash. I also shortened the overlong duration. I think it works

Isn't there supposed to be a corresponding file in the file folder to make this file work? Just putting sounds in the samples folder doesn't activate them.

Never mind. Its working. Thank you. do you think you could lengthen the time of spray by 1 second? :wink:
