I likem them. Nice angles and water. I love the carrier shot.

But if you accept an advice, try to enable the antialiasing filter (at least x4) to get out that aliased lines in the screenshots. You will get inmediately sharper images.

And try Mat Manager too. This program will improve your symbols on planes changing the ugly originals to high quality ones.

Finally, the propellers can be changed to other ones with nice photographic effect.

it works just fine for my install. you probably did something not quite right when you installed ...

On a side note: I cannot get MAT manager to work with my IL-2 as well. Last time I tried it, IL-2 just wouldn't open anymore.

My advice: You have to install Mat Manager over the standard 4.08m (unmodded).

Later you have installed Mat Manager, install mods.

In that order.

Make sure you install Mat MANAGER

If you install the old one originally intended for original IL2 or FB ... then bad things happen.

Just make sure you do the following:

-Download Mat Manager 2.33 plus installers. Also download all updates (2.34, 2.35, 2.36)
-Install 2.33(It will take FOREVER to install, but is worth it.) Make sure you copy your IL2fb.exe and rename it il2.exe
-Make sure you run the program before updating. Start MM and save and close. It will update your game with the mats and will take some time, but hang in there.
-Go to control panel\add remove programs and remove the mat manager program.
-Install 2.34 and run mat manager, save and close. remove program via control panel\add remove
-repeat for all updates.

All that isn't necessary already. There is a new installer. All in a .exe file.

Well i had it working but i had to start MM and make settings again and wait forever to MMto copy them.
I want markings what load automaticly without waiting when i start il2...

You have to install it over the unmodded versio of the game. If you try to install on the modified version, you can get problems.

Tried it but i didnt notice anything happening... I know that doesnt clear cache...
