Gr8t news. This plane has been sorely missed.
I wrote an air(FM) file for it back in the day for CFS2 and it will be interesting to see if the poor handling characteristics due to the small tail will be modelled.

The engine cover seems to wide (and too sharp-edged) at the big air intake at the front.
Compared with the reference drawing on your pic.

Salute guys,

its nice to see that people like the airplane so right now my pc is broken and I can't work on it whenever I start my pc after 10 mins I get bluescreen with the code 0x000000ea meaning my videocard or gfxcard how ever u you like it, is pretty much burned up; ( no wonder after using it for 5 years) but the last thing I did was the gear (making the holes in the wing etc )

I actually took the ki-43 apart seeing how the whole lod and damage scale works in il2 and after seeing that the ki-43 is broken apart in 46 diffrent airplanes I thought it would be for the best to start from scratch wich was all working out pretty good till my pc left my side lol.
anyway if anyone can come up with crits, just go ahead and post them cause i love them, all they do is improve the model so don't be afraid of posting crits :lol:

I do have to say that it can take a while before I can work on the airplane again since I pretty much dont have money for a new gfxcard ... so yea... I am afraid you guys have to do it with this picture and have some patience for a while, I am really sorry about this... I applied for a job but you know how it goes, first I have to be accepted and I get payed per month yada yada lol so yea I am sorry that you guys wont get any updates for a while :x :roll:

anyway its nice to hear that you guys like it
