Has the p-38 had smoke effects applied to it when it fires its guns?

Is there any AI mod's that fix the horrid AI in 408/409?

And did DCG ever get around to using the slot in dcg's newest versions?


Has anyone made a mod that increases the brightness of the 50cal tracers for those of us with bad eyesight? In the same vein, are there any mods that apply that light smoke trail to 50s?

I've been gone a while, so figured I'd ask.

The only question I know the answer for definately is the one about DCG - Having asked Paul Lowengrin about mods he said that he will not be including them, or as far as I know, new maps to dcg. Although there is a tutorial for creating new campaigns manually, I haven't seen any released myself. There is however a download here to add the new planes to dcg.

There is a thread somewhere about changing the AI back to 4.04 or thereabouts, but having read it I'm fairly sure it doesn't work... that is, as far as I can tell.

I dno't know about the tracers for the .50's, there is a tracer mod, but whether or not it affects them I couldn't tell you - can't remember the last time I used them... Mg 151s for me :wink:

To bad about the AI still being not fixed, or least reverted back to a less sucky version.

I searched for the tracer mod, but found nothing of use.

Also sad to hear that Paul isnt slurping up the new maps/objects/planes for DCG. Pity.
