Yeah, I found ShipPack to be a rel hassle and ended up deleting it. Couldn't get it to work unfortunately as it looks like a great we number. Is it still not compatible with ShipPack 1?

braubauerschaft63 - I really can't think what the problem is. You can try loading them as single missions in the FMB - just go to File > Campaigns > US > The Day Of The COBRA and see if they work. I can only guess that some other modification that you have is interrupting them.

Nocturnum - Thanks mate! It's always good to get positive feedback from a pro. With regard to ship-pack 1, no I don't think it is compatible because Ship Pack 2 introduced the CVL's (actually lengthened CVE's) which are used in every mission. The customer service on this mod seems to have evaporated entirely, which is disappointing to say the least. Judging from the thread, there doesn't seem to be any effort going on to fix the issues. I hope I'm wrong.

I was able to get your Hot and Countdown campaigns to work in both my UI and 093 installs by disabling the Static_AC mod.

I got ShipPack2 to work,I really don't know how,dumb luck? Anyway anyone who does try to install it make sure to back up your STD folder before overwriting anything,

Now to the Campaign.............I'm only a few missions in but "Hot Dirty Love"is another Phil K Masterpiece!!!!

Flying and trapping on "The Santee"is a good challenge for any Naval Aviator,I did a bit of research and found out that The Santee has the Ominous distinction of being one of the first USN ships to be hit by Japanese Kamikaze aircraft at The Battle of The Leyte Gulf in Oct 44.

Forager - thanks for the info!

badaboom - make sure you get fly_zo's update for the Hellcat cockpit - it's a massive improvement, and makes flying the F6F a real pleasure. I think this is one of the best mods ever: viewtopic.php?t=9248

Also, I recommend getting the updated trench colours from JV69_BADA's Libya map - they blend in perfectly with the Okinawa textures, and look better on pretty much every other map as well: viewtopic.php?t=7132

Does HITP - Kaneda Blue pick up from HITP - Okinawa

I had told you a while back that I packed your HITP series into one Massive Campaign, aka (Guam, Pelilu, Iwo, and Okie), Does this now mean I could Slap Kaneda Blue to the end of that series and it flow pretty well?

Dixiecapt - yes, Kadena Blue fits exactly on to the end of the original HITP - Okinawa.

I originally wanted to do a simple update of the original campaign, but when I looked into it, by one of those quirks of history, there were no F4U squadrons involved in the initial stages of supporting the invasion (although they were there in large numbers a month later).
