I did a complete reinstall of My Il-2 (was very unorganized) and I found this:

When I fire the 75mm Gun on the Hs-129, for some reason, I lost the recoil and bullet shell animation from that... does anyone know why? And how I could get it back?

All I did so far was:

1) IL-2 4.08m
2) MAT Manager v2.36
3) Soundmod v9.3
4) Wrapper & AC Installer 2.9
5) Online Bug, Spawn Fix
6) MOD 4.09b1m


This is all that I have done to my IL-2, and already I have encountered this problem. Does anyone have any answers?

Yep,

the answer is ... you have Gun Smoke or Effects Mod ... from 3rdeye I think (not sure).

So, the fact is you have to choose ... smoke or shells and recoil.

I think, it is a good idea to ask 3rdeye about ... 'cause I'm not realy sure.

try with mods off, see if that changes anything.

I personally never remember a recoil.

I have recoil on my Hs-129 and Ju-88P guns. I have the soundmod.
