Since you are using the recon function where you are taking off.
Use a timeout of 2 hours with the landing requirement turned on for the recon objective.
If you do this it should allow you to fly the mission without getting the mission complete until you land.
You will have two hours to fly to the mission area get back and land.
If you land right after takeoff though you will get the mission complete if you get below 20 or 30 kph.
Primary Secondary or Hidden objective does not matter.
If you want an example of this start a career with DGen where you fly off of a carrier.
Look at one of the missions it generates in FMB and you will see this is how DGen does this.
Typically you will have two waypoints for the carrier.
The second waypoint is where they put the recon objective.
Move it to the first waypoint and this will still work.
