is it possible to change ai planes formation for instance im doing early bob mission and i want them to fly in a vic formation also is it possible to customize the ai planes eapon alignment?

You can change formation in flight. You use the Tab key and then navigate with correct keys using the menu that pops up in game to change formation type, spacing, or assign orders to attack, regroup, return to base ...

You set their weapons loadout before you start mission. Same place where you select your own loadout.

thats the thing tho it would be nice to do this without actually having to do it in flight or at load out screen
