The Soviets habitually modded the A20C with their own 12.7 hmg turret. This would be nice for me to have as a mission builder as it would give the Boston a lot more "survivability" when fighting off 109's.

I throw this out for anyone else into Soviet bomber types who might be interested in doing the mod.

Note as well that the forward "cheek" gun pods have also been removed. This reduces the forward facing lmg's from 4 down to 2. (Two were fitted internally).

Il-10 turret with some modding of the turret framework. The whole point is to utilize that nasty UBT hmg.

the exterior is even easier. From the outside, it's just a plain old Il-4 turret with no additions or subtractions.
