Luke5skywalker4 check after followin Flipp_coins instructions if you have in your Mods folder A Static_Aircraft and a Static_AC you will have to rename them both and add a (-) minus sine infront of both.

look at ships.ini

one ship (in this example below the Hospital ship) uses 57 lines of code. AND if you have double entries the game CDTs

Wrapper only loads the FIRST instance of a file it finds, so if someone has a required file that is in a folder alphabetically BEFORE STD then changes to the file of the same name in STD will have NO effect. This is why Static_AC needs to be disabled (minus in front)
(personally I moved the ini files in Static_AC into the STD folder BEFORE I made changes and can use both then)

Also if ALL users don't have the SAME ini files, Missions made with those changes will not work for users WITHOUT the same ini files, so it's all or nothing

In the AAAui v2 (or 1.2) there is talk of ALL these object files being included in a standardized set of ini and properties files. Advantage=all this will work out of the box, Disadvantage=all customizations made from MODS not included in AAAui v2 will be lost. You can either be forward compatible or backward compatible, but not both.

Sorry if I rambled but I don't want the makers of these MODS to get frustrated at the users of these MODS complaints, they do an incredibly difficult job without much payback

I finally got it, I followed SandMan's instructions. One thing I forgot was to copy the technics.ini from the ShipPack2 into STD.

I can`t download shippack2 from rapidshare.
Evertime I try it, rapidshare tells me my IP-adress is already downloading another file, altough no other download is active. Does anyone know what causes this???

Juri, I had a similar problem a while back, it seems to be related to certain proxy server settings - if you're connecting through a proxy server you might get this issue.
My advice - the new UI version 1.2 is due out any day now - wait for that, it will have shippack 2 included, afaik.... :wink:

It seems to be a constantly changing issue......some days it works, others it doesn't.
Do you use IE or Firefox?
If you're using IE, try using Firefox instead.
For some reason, that seemed to work for me... :wink:

I tried it in Firefox and IE, but it didn`t works.
An alternative download link would be the easiest solution.

FC please contact me as soon as you can, This ship pack has issues with my mod. Also if you run this on the dedicated server it prints out plenty of java exceptions < this rule applys for any one useing my mod in single player as well.

Moving carriers,tanks,cars,airplanes in dogfight. < major thing to every one. So this plus my mod merged perhaps.

I tried to use (barfing sounds here..) rapid share.

The speed was 50 kb (I have a 10-base T connection), hung half way through (after 20 minutes) and then when I tried to reconnect this #*Q(&(*&(&(& site said my "free download limit" was reached and would I like to pay for an account.

Rapid share is a terrible site, really bad.

However, feel free to ignore this, it is free after all. Downloading now at (zzzzzzzzzz) 30 kb, download time 54 minutes. Nice time to listen to youtube videos. Here is a link to a good one to aid your waiting if you also are downloading this or any large file from (not very) RapidShare.
