Hi all,

I hope this is in the right place. I have used a handful of mods from this site and I have recently lost the sound of the German MG151/20 cannons in the Me 109 and FW 190.

I installed the mod-activator without the sound mod. I am patched to 4.09bm. The mods I have used include the cockpit fixes for the P-47s, the canopy and 'bar' mods for the Fw 190s, mix-n-match tails and canopies for the Me109G-6. Somewhere along the line the Mauser sound disappeared.

Is there a way I can get it back? Is there a sound mod for the Mauser specifically?

ok, I've just installed Robber Duck's replacement gun sounds. When I double click his wv file for the MG151 it works fine. Installed in my game, it is still silent. It's as if the game is not reading for the sound of the MG151.

Any ideas?

Search Sound Recorder here. .wavs have 2 b 44,100 kHz, 16-bit, Mono or 22,050 kHz, 16-bit, Mono.

Also dif. Sound Versions have dif. preset/sounds and .wav names. They have to match.
Ex: weapon.MGunMG15120MGs.prs
weapon.MGunMG15120s.prs both have

I have a similar problem where even with robber ducks excellent sound pack the MG151's revert to their default sound. If I play the recordings in the sound sfolder theyre quite OK, but ingame its default.
