They don't need the Balkenkreuzen either, but I see them there... Have you seen many German 109,s in WWII without swastikas?

I thought that respective cammo patern was East frontline... correct me if I'm wrong.

I'we seen somewhere that yellow wing tips present Russian sky Jagd G.

But "Berlin-bear" insignia would meen - wester front ?

Anybody ?

i dont now witch version he have, but i think this are ingame screenshots and in my german game version are no swastikas due its not legal in germany ( we have the historyprob. if you know what i mean :wink: ) but i think its not importend if they have or not, this are nice pictures Big Grin

The yellow is indeed a theater marking for the eastern front but the patch is that of II gruppe Jg54,
Its got nothing to do with theater of war

Heavens forbid the markings are a little wrong. They're great pictures leave them at that.

I don't care if Goering put Mickey Mouse on the tails of WW2 era Luftwaffe Aircraft...if they were supposed to be there than the omission is a big deal. Plus, the Hakenkrueze just looks cool!
