I would not let you make it less than the default... but if you wanted to you could adjust the tourque engine overheat etc on aircraft.. as I said.. you could not make any of these things less than the default... but you could simulate battle wear and tear... with random failures etc... or you could kick up the tourque on your aircraft to more historic levels... anyone heard of this?

This is under review by the administration. We are currently awaiting word back from the creators of said mod.
