Gentlemen

I hope that this problem is not related with my inability to solve little things by myself (ask my wife).

After installing mods using UI 1.1, I cannot quit the game with the ESC key in my keyboard as I used to do , and the only way I can is Ctrl+Alt+Del, which is like killing a roach with a 16 inch cannon.

Anyone has had this issue before? any post that I missed?

If of any utility, my System is EVGA 790i MoBo + Intel 8500 core 2 duo CPU + EVGA 9500 GTX graphic, 4 GB OCZ 1066 Ram memory and windows vista 32 Home premium.

help needed and appreciated; thanks in advance.

P.S. I have to run the game in compatibility with XP SP2 or administartor privileges, just in case.

Hi Humberto,
Open your conf.ini file (lives in the game root folder) with wordpad/notepad and see if you have this;

Escape=activate

If not add it.

Glad to hear from you.

I saw your suggestion, however I already have visited the conf.ini file. Esc is activated as you say.

There is a technical help in Mission4Today site (You search for conf.ini in Knowledge Base and you will see an extraordinary bunch of help tips) that explain the meaning of all of the conf.ini and I followed most of them, without success, so I came here to ask for help in the forum regretfully hopping that somone else have had a problem (!!?) like mine, and somehow has solved it.

I appreciate your concern, and again, thanks you for this, meanwhile, I will keep myself struggling with My modded IL2 and see what happens.
