i was messing around in conf.ini today and i forgot to back up the original and now the game wont load, where can i find an original conf file for 1946 or do i have to reinstall everything? :l

Just rename it to conf.ini and you're good to go!

If anyone ever wants to get back to an "Origianl" config file, just delete the contents of the old one except for the first couple of lines. Then run IL-2 setup. That will get you back to a baseline that will run the game. Then go and start editing again.
