[MOD] Ship Pack 2 Download

I recently had to start over from scratch on my computer, and I downloaded the Shippack 2 after I downloaded the Unified installer. Like you guys, I got the 70% CTD. Thanks to the ones who suggested removing the Static aircraft mod. I did that and now I can play the game without problems.

I hope Shippack 2 will be included with the unified installer 1.1.


Thanks for the help, and fantastic work to the modders here. I love the new sounds included with the installer.

What the hell is going on? I tried to download and install the Mod using the (not very clear) instructions in the Readme.

The game crashed when loading at 70%. I then tried to remove the Mod by deleting the Shipack folder and resetting the .inis in the com folder. No joy. I then deleted the com folder entirely. Still no joy.

Can anyone help? This Mod has stuffed my game Cry

sorry, sir, not the mod, but you yourself screwd up.

this mod with the inis is not very easy and if you where in doubt, why didn't you make a backup copy of the game or at least the working MODS folder?

if you build everything back the way it was, the game would work. if it doesn't work it means you did something diffrent.

if you now have no backup - sorry, lesson learned the hard way.
this is Modding, no full-support purchase.

no need to swear in direction of the Mod maker.
such an attitude hardly will get you support.

Its a big shame this mod hasnt been added to the UI 1.1
In my opinon it would have given the mission makers a large and wonderful add on to all maps with any naval objects in it.
We can just be puzzeled by why it wasnt added..

It conflicted with other mods and had few bugs in it.

So they decided to leave it out.

Yes i understand it has been problems there.
Ive tested Hellzones mod since it came out and its a lovely mod.
But so is this and i hope they can sort it out as this mod that gives us a large scale of boats and warships that again are targets and therefor imoa verry important to the game.
On the otherside, not few have gotten the idea that haystacks, churches headstones and so on is whats important for the game to take it further and give it a greater feeling..

I have it running under UI1.1, works like a charm so far

not sure wich mods collide with it - either i do not have/want it or it comes deactivated.

same goes for armour pack, running well here too.

Hi I installed the Uni Installer 1.1 the other day everything went in like a dream.
My way of thinking on this is install FC's Ship Pack two using his fresh technics, ships, stationary,
technics property files.
Remove anything about ship pack 1 in the ini's.
After installing and using Fc's fresh ini files in a fresh install of Uni installer

NO PROBLEMS :lol: Thank You FC Big Grin

I first tried to install it after installing a tank pack first then installed Ship Pack 2 The game crashed at 70%

expect to see some of these ships in my upcoming campaign, they are great!

(the ships that is)

(although thats not saying my campaign is bad)

(i just don't want to boast)

So, do I understand you guys correctly, the Ship Pack 2 is NOT in the UI 1.1 ?!!

But it can be installed after UI 1.1 is loaded?

This would be a great help, because the info about the installation of Ship Pack 2 is very confusing after searching of all threads and articles about it...
