Well, Ive Just Came Out Of Il-2. And I Have Found A Small Issue With The Engine Sounds Of My Spitfire.
The Engine Is Pretty Loud, I Like This

But After Firing My Guns, The Sound Of The Engine Goes Quiet. It Doesnt make No Noise But It Is Condierbly Alot Quieter. So I Turn My Speakers Up Thinking Nothing Of It, Fire Again Then Get Deafened By Really Loud Engines O_o

Ive Tried This A Few Times And 70% Of The Time The Engine Does Go Quiet After Firing Then After The Next Time I Fire It Goes Back To Loud.


Can Anyone Shed Any Light On This? Is It Cureable. (Ive Only Noticed This After I Started Off Afresh 1946 And Only Installed The U.I 1.1.

It has nothing to do with v1.1, it's been around for the entire time that I've played IL2 (other games too) You might try messing around with your settings in the sound configuration (in game) and see if you can lessen it to a degree. Sound in IL2 is like a fingerprint, it's very individual to the system, you have to find what works best for you

You're welcome Fox, for what it's worth I know that it's s frustration when you get 25 B-17's in the game and can't hear the flak bursts, same choke point with the game engine I guess...
