Ok lets say I want the p51 merlin engine sound mod

should I place it in my mod folder? or the il-2 sturmovik 1946 folder, oh and where in the folder?

"D:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\files\Samples" or wherever your game is installed, that's where the actual .wav files go.
