After I updated my 1946 to 4.09b1 I cannot open the game at all. When loading, I get the message:
for instance: FinsGulf, Crimea .../load.ini loading error. So it seems that I have managed to
destroy all my Maps!! What can I possibly do and where are the :evil: damned maps. Answera please.

Did you install AAA UI 1.1 or is it just the 409m patch. If it's the official patch., i think you must reinstall. If you are doing a fresh installation of the IL-2 1946 DVD, you must first patch the game to 4.08m. Then to 409. That is official update procedure. If You want to use mods, it is a different story:
Download AA Unified installer 1.1 and install that after patching to 408. Link here:
