Outclimbed by Bader
#1

Hello fellow mod users and creators Smile

Been alone over the weekend and so I had time to finish one of edits that sat on the workbench for quite some time now.

Douglas Bader just caught a 109 trying to climb away and now pulls away from the damaged and outclimbed Emil.

Thanks to Graf for pushing me on finishing something again Smile

EDIT:
Thanks for the heads up rossmum, I fixed it so we can forget about the removed or jammed outboard machine guns Wink

Excellent work, though there is one (rather jarring) problem:

The outer .303s are missing Tongue

Indeed... Always wondered that somethign is odd and I I really used the MkI only to find out in the end that on the original shot they were too dark to see and so I forgot to work them out completely. Let's say BAder had them removed to increase the roll rate.. :?

I suppose you could always say they both jammed on the first round, so the fabric covers on the gunports remained intact... hmm, yes, that sounds almost credible... Tongue

Anyways, went back to the drawing board and fixed it. That was easily possible as it was on the top layer anyways! Smile Many thanks again!

No problem. The Spit has been my one true love ever since I first saw one fly over my head at Duxford as a toddler, so I tend to spot things most people miss pretty quickly.

Hope there are plans to do more of these... a Hurricane downing a 111, perhaps? If my printer was working, I'd hang it on my wall along with this, your work is absolutely brilliant. Big Grin
